The door-to-door shuttle providing rides to medical appointments, local grocery stores, shopping centers, religious services, personal care appointments, BART stations, attending classes and social visits to friends or family. Our service area spans El Cerrito city limits.

Eligibility:

Must be a resident of El Cerrito. El Cerrito Easy Ride services are available to persons with a disability who are 18 and over. Older adults who are 65 or more are also eligible.

Application: A completed application, liability waiver, verification of residency and disability (if applicable) must be submitted annually to remain enrolled in the program. Service Area:  El Cerrito city limits, with pre-approved destinations up to 1-mile outside city limits Albany Oral Surgery, Sutter East Bay Medical Center (Albany), Richmond Annex Senior Center, Alvarado Adult School, Costco, Pacific East Mall, and Target (Richmond).

Fees: Subject to change. Ticket booklets are available at the El Cerrito Community Center or requested to be delivered at the time of a scheduled ride.  $2 per one-way boarding (sold in books of 10-tickets for $20).  Free, subsidized rides to/from Café Costa Lunch Program.
