Concord Go!—a senior transportation program tailored for Concord residents aged 65+ and adults 18+ with disabilities or health conditions.

This is a free, Curb-to-Curb can service from your home to the Concord Senior Center.

Eligibility Requirements:
Concord Resident
65+ years of age
Adult 18+ years of age with disability/health condition that prevents using regular transportation (Must be able to provide medical verification)
Participant is comfortable riding with other passengers
Participant must be comfortable boarding vehicles without driver’s assistance (If you need more than a helping hand to board or exit the vehicle, an aide or caregiver is required to ride with you to provide assistance.)
Participant must provide email address

Reservations must be made at least 2 business days in advance, and no more than 7 business days in advance. Rider must be able to walk to and from the vehicle.

Hours of Operation: Monday -Thursday 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Reservations Hours: Monday -Thursday 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
